The storm-proof Sprinter 500 Headlamp is an ultra-thin, well-balanced, USB-rechargeable headlamp purpose built so you can keep running while the sun is down. It features a 500-lumen output on its highest setting (almost twice the lumen output of previous versions) with a single front lens that has a smooth universal beam minimising hot sports and eliminating harsh transitions on the trail. For maximum flexibility it can run off either the included rechargeable BD 1800 Lithium-ion battery or three AAA alkaline batteries. Other features include a perforated elastic headband for breathability with the top band easily removed or added depending on what you prefer, a red tail-light strobe with on/off programmability for enhanced safety, a 6-level LED battery meter so you know exactly how much power you have left, and the ability to change the brightness on the fly with PowerTap™ technology.
